The two primary factors that determine the price of a spiral staircase are the floor-to-floor height and the diameter. The height allows us to calculate the correct number of steps, which enables us to provide an accurate quotation. Unless otherwise specified, the initial quotation will be based on standard materials and will include a list of all possible upgrades at the bottom. Depending on the progress of your build, it is unlikely that you will have a perfect specification in mind when initially inquiring about a spiral staircase; therefore, we have found this transparent pricing method very beneficial to clients.
