CUSTOM MADE MODULAR STAIR - KLIO

The Klio is our most competitively priced spiral suitable as a primary and seconary domestic stairs. The treads are pressed steel and house a non slip black inlay on the surface. The spindles are 20mm diameter and span to the flexible ribbed polyurethane handrail. The steelwork is fully powder coated in the factory to one of eight colours and the handrail and tread inlays are always black. The stair is supplied in a box ready for self assembly.

1. The Klio spiral is built to diameters 1100-2000mm and can span heights up to 3500mm.
2. Matching landing balustrade is available in either curved or straight lenghts for any mezzanine / upper floor void.
3. Steel riser bars can be purchased to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm.

Prices for this stair do vary depending on the specific model , diameter and height but generally start at around £1600 plus vat.

This is a custom made spiral and delivery times are around 6 weeks from drawing approval.
