KIT MODULAR SYSTEMS - Klan

The Klan is one of our most popular kit systems combining steel and timber. As it is available in 1200, 1400 and 1600mm diameters it is only suitable as a secondary domestic spiral. The centre column is made up of a series of steel barrels which are separated by beechwood treads. These beechwood treads either have a light varnished applied in the factory or are stained dark walnut. The spindles are 20mm diameter steel and the handrail is polyurethane and coloured to match the treads. The steelwork on the Klan is powder coated - Pearl Grey, black or White

1. The standard kit consists of 12 treads plus a triangular top platform. These 13 risers can span to height of 3060mm (2860mm to meet UK building regulations). If you floor to floor height is not large you just leave off the appropriate number of treads upon assembly.
2. Additional treads / risers can be purchased to reach heights up to 3770mm.
3. The Klan is an off-the-shelf kit system which arrives boxed with full instructions and DVD ready for self assembly.
4. Landing balustrade kits can be purchased separately in segments of 1200mm and steel riser bars are available to ensure the gap between the treads doesnt exceed 100mm.

Prices for this stair do vary depending on the diameter and height but start from £1124 plus vat.

This is a kit spiral stocked in Italy ready for dispatch. Delivery can vary but is generally between 1 and 3 weeks.
