Kit Modular Systems - Genius

Our Genius spiral is a model we refer to as a custom made kit. The basic elements are very similar to an off-the-shelf kit but you receive the correct number of treads / risers for your height. It is also available in a larger number of diameters - 1100, 1200,1300,1400,1500 & 1600mm and there are three landing shapes from which to choose.

1. The treads and handrail are in beechwood and they are stained in the factory one of five colours.
2. The steelwork is powder coated Pearl Grey, Dark metallic grey or white or for a premium, the centre column and spindles can be chromed.
3. There are two balustrade structures for the Genius - 010 - with steel cables passing through circular steel uprights and 020 - with 20mm² vertical steel spindles.
4. Please be aware that the 010 railing system does not comply with UK regulations. The Genius spiral can also be ordered as a 'square' spiral.
5. Landing balustrade can be purchased separately in and steel riser bars are available to ensure the gap between the treads doesn't exceed 100mm.
6. The Genius arrives boxed with full instructions and DVD ready for self assembly.

Prices for this stair do vary depending on the diameter and height but start at around £1300 plus vat.

There are both kit and customer made elements to this stair and is generally dispatched from the factory 3-4 weeks after order has been placed and drawings approved.
