KIT MODULAR SYSTEMS - Unika

The Unika is a modular staircase supported by an interlocking birch block spine. It is available as a straight flight, quarter turn and half turn staircase and is custom made to the height you require. The treads and handrail are in Birchwood which can be supplied varnished or stained and the balustrade is constructed with either vertical 20mm² spindles or horizontal stainless steel cabling. The steelwork is powder coated Pearl Grey, Black or white.

• Landing balustrade can be purchased separately in and steel riser bars are available to ensure the gap between the treads doesn't exceed 100mm.
• The Unika arrives boxed with full instructions ready for self assembly.

Prices for this stair do vary depending on the width and height but start at start at around £1800 plus vat.

There are both kit and customer made elements to this stair and is generally dispatched from the factory 5-6 weeks after order has been placed and drawings approved.
