CUSTOM MADE MODULAR STAIR - Model 70

The model 70 spiral is a more traditional style spiral. The outer surface of the spiral is all timber. The centre column is made up of a number of timber barrels that slot over the central steel column core and timber treads separate them. 20mm diameter timber spindles span from the treads directly into the timber handrail. The newel posts top and bottom are also in timber to match the staircase.

• The treads are available in a wide range of timbers with the most popular being oak and beech.
• The model 70 spiral is built to diameters 1100-2000mm and can span heights up to 3500mm.
• Matching landing balustrade is available in either curved or straight lenghts for any mezzanine / upper floor void.
• If the spiral has to comply with building regulations, Timber riser pieces can be purchased to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm.

Prices for this model do vary depending on materials, diameter and height but generally start at around £3000 plus vat.

This is a custom made spiral and delivery times are around 10 weeks from drawing approval.
