CUSTOM MADE MODULAR STAIR - Model 20

The model 20 offers a simple design in a custom made form. It is formed with a number of pressed steel treads that slot over a steel centre column. These treads can be left as a 'tray' (to take an infill by the customer) or have a non slip rubber or carpet in place. The treads can also be constructed in a non slip perfoated design. The spindles are 20mm diameter and reach a steel handrail. This finish of the staircase is powder coated or galvanised for external usage.

• The model 20 spiral is buit to diameters 1100-2000mm and can span heights up to 3500mm.
• Matching landing balustrade is available in either curved or straight lenghts for any mezzanine / upper floor void.
• If the spiral has to comply with building regulations, Steel riser bars can be purchased to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm.

Prices for this model do vary depending on materials, diameter and height but generally start at around £2000 plus vat.

This is a custom made spiral and delivery times are around 10 weeks from drawing approval.
