PRICING
Hopefully you have now had a look through the staircases we have on offer. You will see that there are no prices displayed on this website and this is for several reasons.
The modula kit stair prices are carefully monitored to ensure they are competitive and are adjusted accordingly on a monthly basis. Many of the kit staircases are manufactured in Europe where requirements are more flexible. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on any additional items you might need to order to comply with the UK regulations. Please contact the office for a price on any modula model and for guidance about compliance and have a look at our guide to purchasing a domestic staircase.
All the Solid Timber staircase, bespoke domestic models and all of our commercial staircases are individually priced. These staircases are uniquely designed to each client's specification. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a 'complete' range of staircases from kits to fully bespoke models. Even if you do not see the type of staircase you require in our range, the chances are we will be able to produce it. Please contact the office on 01794 522 444.
READY TO ORDER / PAYMENT
If you have discussed prices and models with the sales team and have made your decision, you will need to phone the office to confirm your order. We accept cheques made payable to Complete Stair Systems Ltd, all the usual credit and debit cards (apart from American Express) and banker transfers. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please let us know and we will forward our bank details. If you are ordering a bespoke or timber staircase we shall need a signed copy of the drawing confirming that the measurements, materials & configuration are correct.
DELIVERY
All our modula staircases are supplied in a palletised box and are delivered by a carrier who will be equipped with a pump truck for offloading. Generally the transport company will contact you the day before to advise on an AM or PM delivery. Modula staircases take between 2 & 4 weeks for delivery depending on the model and number of accessories ordered.
All our custom made staircases vary in how they are delivery depending on the size and weight of the model. The timber staircases are supplied on a pallet as are the majority of the bespoke steel models, but some larger stairs are delivered by a truck equipped with a hoist crane. All our custom made staircases take between 4-8 weeks to manufacture.
BUILDING REGULATIONS
All our custom made timber and steel staircases are manufactured to comply with most recent building regulations. The domestic modula staircases are all manufactured abroad where regulation are less stringent. We therefore have to deal with each project individually to ensure the right components, accessories and sizes are ordered to comply. Please consult the Guide to Buying a Staircase for assistance when purchasing a domestic staircase and view the documents below for guidance. Complete Stair Systems Ltd will advise as much as possible but the overall responsibility of compliance lies with our client.
