CUSTOM MADE MODULAR STAIR - Cayman

The Cayman is a stylish modern domestic spiral staircase in chrome and timber. The centre column is made up of a series chrome barrels that slot over a steel centre column core. These barrels are separated by solid timber treads. The treads are available in a wide range of timbers with the most popular being oak and beech. The centre column of the Cayman can also be produced in timber and stained to match the treads.

1. The handrail is either timber or stainless steel and the standard balustrade infill consists of horizontal stainless steel bars. Whilst these look attractive, they dont not meet the UK regulations in terms of the 100mm gap rule. These should be replaced with vertical spindles.
2. The Cayman spiral is built to diameters 1100-2000mm and can span heights up to 3500mm.
3. Matching landing balustrade is available in either curved or straight lenghts for any mezzanine / upper floor void.
4. Steel riser bars can be purchased to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm.

Prices for this stair do vary depending on the specific model , diameter and height but generally start at around £3500 plus vat.

This is a custom made spiral and delivery times are around 8 weeks from drawing approval.
