CUSTOM MADE MODULAR STAIR - CAPRICE

The Caprice is a conventional styled spiral staircase with steel tread supports and timber treads. The balustrade is made up of a lower horizontal rail and an upper handrail and between these vertical spindles are positioned. The treads are available in a variety of timbers with oak and beech being the most popular and the steelwork is powder coated. There are five standard colours to choose from with others available at a premium.

1. The Caprice spiral is built to diameters 1100-2000mm and can span heights up to 3500mm.
2. Matching landing balustrade is available in either curved or straight lenghts for any mezzanine / upper floor void.
3. Timber riser bars can be purchased to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm.

Prices for this stair do vary depending on the specific model , diameter and height but generally start at around £7500 plus vat.

This is a custom made spiral and delivery times are around 11 weeks from drawing approval.
