Sunday marked the end of the National Homebuilding Show at the NEC – and what a great four days it was.

  It was great to see everyone who visited our stand which was a bit larger this year with a couple of display models.  General attendence was up on last year and we certainly noticed a difference with customers eager to touch / feel /even  smell the product and of course walk up the display models.

Ed and Nick manned the stand throughout with back up form Darin on Saturday.  Obviously we now have a load of brochure packs and quotations to prepare so you could argue the work starts now!!

Next up for us is the Grand Designs Live show in October this year – again at the NEC.  See you there!!

We have just about completed our new website – www.timberstairsystems.co.uk.   It is live and almost fully functional with a few final tweaks being carried out.

This website showcases our entire range of bespoke timber staircases.  This range combines traditional timber with open and modern designs.

The same models are featured on our main website but we thought they needed their own presence on the web to do them justice.

It is flooded with pictures of each model in all shapes and sizes and in a variety of materials.

A couple of pics of a straight flight Oak stair supplied to a small property developer in Chesterfield.  The pictures were taken just after installation with the flooring and surrounding area still to be finished.

This model was our traditional style timber staircase with glass balustrade to one side.  The risers were open and the bottom step had a half bullnose tread.  A great modern, functional alternative to a ‘boring’ boxed in staircase blocking the light and dominating a room.
