It has been a few weeks now since the show in Birmingham but just thought I would post some comments.
Although we had a very small stand in an ‘on paper’ bad position it was pretty succesful. We were situated near the toilets / food hall and the seminar theatres so got a fair amount of passing trade. Although we signed up too late to get into the showguide we had plenty of interest and have spent the last two weeks quoting solidly.
We do love talking about staircases and we did just that for four whole days!!!
Just a quick mention about the Vat increase taking place 1st Janaury. Going back up to 17.5% will make quite a difference to the cost of some of our staircases. Whilst we are not fully open over the next week, someone wll be in the office for a few hours each day to check emails and phone calls. Any urgent messages / emails will be responded to.

Following on from Ben’s departure from us last month we are pleased to announced his direct replacement – Ed Butler. Ed has recently gratuated from Winchester University and is keen get stuck into working life. He will be dealing with the kit stairs and will be the main contact for the following models.
