CUSTOM MADE MODULAR STAIR - Model 77

What makes the model 77 spiral a unique stair is that the centre column is made up of 5 vertical 30mm diameter stainless tubes. Not only is this a stunning design element it further emphasies the open feel of the stair along with the cantilvered treads. The treads are available in a wide range of timbers with the most popular being oak and beech.

1. This model is manufactured outside the UK and as standard has horizontal bars to the balustrade. These are not permitted in the UK and can be subsitued with vertical stainless spindles.
2. The model 77 spiral is built to diameters 1100-2000mm and can span heights up to 3500mm.
3. Matching landing balustrade is avaliable in either curved or straight lenghts for any mezzanine / upper floor void.
4. This horizontal balustrade can be constructed with glass panels. If the spiral has to comply with building regulations, Stainless steel riser bars can be purchased to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm.

Prices for this model do vary depending on materials, diameter and height but generally start at around £5000 plus vat.

This is a custom made spiral and delivery times are around 10 weeks from drawing approval.
