The Deluxe Electric Loft Ladder is a superb heavy duty, die cast aluminium, concertina ladder, complete with hatch door and frame. The ladder can be operated using a wall switch or a remote control unit. Additional wall switches can also be added. The ladder has a smooth, powered opening and closing action with dedicated safety sensors to detect any obstacles and shut off the ladders should there be any. This is especially comforting if you have children or pets. Extra safety features include a red LED which flashes to indicate that the ladders are in operation and a safety buzzer which gives an audible warning.
